HOW TO USE THIS CHART
Step 1: Circumference
First, measure the circumference of what you are making it for (i.e., neck (collar), wrist, ankle, ect.). To do this just take a piece of cord and wrap it around. Make sure not to make it too tight. Just lightly tug on it for a snug measurement. Next, measure the length with a ruler. This is the circumference you will be working with. Check out the video below for a helpful demonstration.

Step 2: Adjusting for thickness
Because paracord bracelets can be pretty thick you will almost never make a bracelet the exact same size as the circumference you measured in Step 1. So you have to adjust this measurement based on how thick the weave is. I could go into the explanation of the math but most people just want to know what to do. So here it is:

Step 3: How much cord do I need?
Now to the part you have all been waiting for! Calculating how much cord you need. This is the easiest part. So, I'll just get to the formula:

Example (Cobra):
7 inches total length x 12 = 84 inches (7 feet)
7 inches total length x 12 = 84 inches (7 feet)

Note: We are working to get pictures of the bracelets with multiple colors. Because the admins of site are volunteer and have full time jobs we would like to ask for your help. The only thing we ask is that you use the colors listed in the chart and in the order they are listed from left to right.

We are Looking for Volunteers!!!
We are actively looking for volunteers to fill in this chart. To do this you must be an experienced paracorder and you must have a digital caliper to properly measure the thickness and widths. You will be required to use the specific colors in the chart for your picture of the final product. And a link to a tutorial must be provided as well. We can reference other tutorials from anywhere on the internet so you do not have to make one yourself if there is already one online. The entire paracording community greatly appreciates your help!
